From its martial beginnings as the Old Stone Fort during the Civil War, to its transformation into a warehouse district at the turn of the 20th century, the buildings that define Warehouse Row represent the vibrant history and commercial culture of Chattanooga.

As a mixed-use development in the 1980’s, Warehouse Row became a destination shopping center for the Southeast that was a part of revitalizing downtown Chattanooga.

JAMESTOWN LP

Jamestown LP purchased Warehouse Row in 2006. Leading the revitalization efforts, Jamestown LP's Creative Director, Michael Phillips ensures the project will “galvanize the south end of downtown,” serve the Chattanooga area and become part of the culture.

Based in Atlanta, Jamestown LP owns multiple signature buildings across the United States, including One Times Square in New York and Chelsea Market, Manhattan’s popular gourmet destination that features locally owned food shops and serves as the home of Food Network. In addition, Jamestown LP's White Provision building in Atlanta is part of the West Side Provisions District, an authentic community-based environment infused with an urban industrial spirit that celebrates Atlanta’s design district.
